King Ranch Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boneless chicken breasts or one 3 to 4 lb. deboned chicken
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter (optional)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chicken broth (can use broth chicken was cooked in, but boil it down)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomato chiles, diced and slightly drained
    bite-sized corn tortillas
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    After boiling chicken and letting cool, make long bite sized strips with chicken.
    Put ingredients except cheese and tortillas in large bowl; mix well.
