Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. celery, chopped fine
sprinkle of pepper
1 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Preparation

Mix all together with enough crumbs to hold together.
Shape into patties.
Roll in extra crumbs and deep fry (moderate temperature) until light brown.
