Spaghetti With Ricotta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spaghetti
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
    Drain.
    Turn into warm bowl, stir in melted butter.
    Add Ricotta and toss gently to blend.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt and pepper.
    Garnish with chopped parsley.
    Yields 4 servings.
