Congo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box light brown sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Combine light brown sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla in large bowl with mixer.
    Add 1 cup flour and 1 tablespoon milk; mix thoroughly.
    Add remaining flour and milk; mix well.
    Fold in chips and nuts.
    Bake in a greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch) at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
