Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    19 oz. cream cheese (two 8 oz. and one 3 oz.)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix crumbs and sugar.
    Stir in melted margarine.
    Press in bottom and sides of pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cool.
    Reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0.
    Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Pour over crust and bake 1 hour or until center is firm.
    Cool. Top with fruit or sour cream or keep plain.
    Chill for 3 hours.
