Pineapple Pasta Refresher - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. (8 oz.) San Georgia rotelle or rotini (uncooked)
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    2 c. cooked assorted melon
    1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. vanilla yogurt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    fresh mint (optional)
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
    Rinse with cold water quickly; drain well.
