Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baked potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. green onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter and cheese together.
    Add salt.
    Slowly add sour cream, stirring, over medium heat.
    Peel potatoes.
    Shred baked potatoes.
    Stir in baked potatoes.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
