Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 small, diced, minced onion
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Cook until tender.
    Pour off water. Saute onion in margarine.
    Add parsley. Cook slowly.
    Add salt and pour over diced and cooked potatoes.
    Fold in sour cream lightly. Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
