Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. or 1 pkg. frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Mix together butter, sugar and eggs first.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and mix with first three ingredients.
    Beat in milk.
    Stir blueberries into mixture. Butter the top and inside of muffin tin.
    Fill each tin to the top; sprinkle with sugar (can make 12 to 15 muffins).
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Leave in pan for 30 minutes before removing.
