Salsa Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 c. chopped skinned tomatoes
2 c. chopped onion
1 to 3 jalapenos
5 Tbsp. canning salt
1 c. vinegar
2 c. chopped green pepper
4 to 6 garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 c. water
Preparation

Bring the first 9 ingredients to a boil.
Add the cornstarch mixture to the salsa to thicken.
Put into pint jars and process 15 minutes in a hot water bath.
Hot, but good!
