Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cooked chicken (chunks)
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. milk
    16 to 20 oz. sharp cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper
    16 oz. egg noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Heat chicken broth; stir flour and whipping cream together until there are no lumps.
    Add milk to this mixture and pour into chicken broth.
    Add shredded cheese and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
    Add seasonings to taste and stir in chicken. Pour over cooked noodles in casserole dishes.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes two 9 x 13-inch pans.
