Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. each: soda and baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream margarine.
Add sugar gradually, then add eggs and vanilla.
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Add to other ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
Mix well and then add nuts.
Pour in greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
