3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
24 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large bowl, beat butter, Crisco, sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; beat into butter mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
Cool completely.
