Salad Oil Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh garlic clove, finely chopped
    1/4 c. olive oil (Bertolli, extra light)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg yolk (remove the white)
    Parmesan cheese
    lettuce or romaine
Preparation
    Mix garlic with oil, then all other items.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese onto lettuce as you mix other ingredients.
    Toss and serve at once.
    (Dry lettuce or romaine with towel until dry.)
