Dietetic Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. (1 medium) egg
non-nutritive sweetener equivalent to 1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. allspice
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 (9-inch) pastry shell (unbaked)
1/4 tsp. cloves, finely grated
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. fresh orange juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Combine egg, sweetener, spices and pumpkin and blend well.
Add milk and orange juice gradually; stir until well blended.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake until a knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 3/4 hour.
