Cream Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. soft white sugar
1/2 c. sweet cream
1/2 tsp. butter

Preparation

Cook until a drop hardens in cold water.
Then take form fire and beat until nearly cold.
Pour on well buttered plate and when cold, cut in squares.
