Short Ribs - Korean Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. short ribs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
2 tsp. grated ginger root
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
-
Score meat so it can absorb marinade.
Mix everything, except meat, together in a large bowl.
Add meat.
Let stand at least 1 hour.
