Jim'S Favorite Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boned chicken breasts, cut in half
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    8 slices bacon
    dry minced onions (as desired)
    slices of canned mushrooms (as desired)
    salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    Sprinkle each chicken piece with dry minced onions, salt, pepper and slices of canned mushrooms.
    Roll each piece and wrap with a raw bacon slice.
    Mix the soup, sour cream and wine.
    Put the chicken in a 12 x 8-inch pan; pour the liquid over it.
    Bake for three hours at 285\u00b0.
    Serve over yellow rice.
