Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
5 apples, pared and sliced
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well.
In separate bowl toss apples, sugar and cinnamon.
Fold apple mixture into batter. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes until done.
Cool 10 minutes, take out to cool completely.
