California Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a pint size screw top jar.
Cover jar tightly and shake vigorously to mix ingredients well.
Store marinade, tightly covered, in the refrigerator until ready to use. Shake or beat well before using.
Makes about 1 cup marinade.
