Holiday Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 oz.) vanilla pudding, not instant
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) raspberry flavored gelatin
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 (3 oz.) lemon flavored gelatin
2 c. water
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 small pkg. Dream Whip topping
Preparation

In saucepan, mix the dry pudding and lemon gelatin with the water.
Cook and stir until the mixture boils, then stir in the lemon juice.
Chill in refrigerator until partially set.
Dissolve the dry raspberry gelatin in the 1 cup boiling water.
Mix in the cranberry sauce, celery and pecans.
Chill this until partially set.
