One Bowl Pie(French Coconut Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 stick butter or margarine, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1 small can coconut
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well (do not use electric mixer).
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 40-45 minutes.
Center should be firm and feel a little sticky.
Do not overbake.
Cool before slicing.
