Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
    1 bag taco Doritos
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken and remove bones.
    Put in large casserole dish. Sprinkle onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Crush 1/2 bag of chips and sprinkle on top.
    Mix soups and Ro-Tel. Pour over chips, then sprinkle with other 1/2 of the chips over the soup mixture.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
