Ingredients

16 oz. raw cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. orange juice
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped apple
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Combine first three items.
Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
