Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 3/4 c. mashed bananas, let bananas turn black before mashing
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir until dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened.
Do not beat; stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.
Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 28 minutes.
