Breakfast Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    4 slices bread, torn
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
    Drain. Layer bread, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt in bowl; mix well.
    Pour over layers.
    Chill, covered, overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
