Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
 
1 (6 oz.) box jello
2 c. buttermilk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
- 
                            Pour pineapple in saucepan and bring to a boil.
 
Stir in dry jello and dissolve.
Remove from heat and stir in buttermilk.
Let congeal partially.
Add Cool Whip and nuts.
Pour into a greased mold.
Chill 3 hours.
