Cranberry Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small orange
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 eggs
2 c. whipping cream (half and half or light)
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
8 oz. rich egg bread or 8 slices firm-textured white bread
Preparation

Peel off just the rind of the orange, using a vegetable peeler.
Reserve peel, but not the pith.
Peel remaining pith from fruit; discard.
Section orange.
