Broccoli And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. Velveeta cheese
    3/4 c. rice
    1/4 c. onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in one pot; drain well.
    Saute butter and onions in small frypan or in a bowl in the microwave.
    Cook 3/4 cup rice as package directs in another pot.
    In a large pot or bowl, mix together cooked and drained broccoli, sauteed onions, 1/4 cup Velveeta cheese and one can of soup.
    Fold in rice.
    Pour mixture into your favorite casserole dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbly.
