Old Bay Seasonings Chicken Cakes(Delicious) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. boned chicken (2 c.)
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
2 slices bread, with crusts removed (for cakes add a few bread crumbs, Italian style)
milk

Preparation

Break bread and moisten with milk.
Mix all ingredients and shape into cakes.
Fry quickly until brown.
