Sunflower Pineapple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    1/2 lb. shredded carrots
    1/2 lb. shredded cabbage
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds, toasted
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pinch of white pepper
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve 2 tablespoons juice.
    Combine pineapple with cabbage, carrots and sunflower seeds.
    Stir together the mayonnaise, orange juice, reserved pineapple juice, salt and pepper.
    Pour over salad mixture; toss and chill.
    Serves 6.
