Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg
    1 small onion, diced
    1 (12 oz.) bag Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (blue bag)
    1 c. mayo
Preparation
    Follow directions for cooking broccoli; drain.
    Mix all ingredients together, using only 1/2 bag of stuffing mix.
    Put in a 2-quart casserole dish and use the rest of stuffing mix to cover.
    Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let set in refrigerator overnight.
    Reheat and serve.
