Brown Sugar Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick unsalted butter, softened
    1/3 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Butter an 8-inch round cake pan.
    In medium mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar and vanilla.
    Beat with mixer until fluffy.
    Gradually add flour, 1/4 cup at a time, by hand.
    Transfer to pan; pat dough evenly in layer.
    Prick surface all over with a fork.
    Bake about 50 minutes, until light brown. This shortbread will melt in your mouth.
