Ham In Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    dash of cloves
    1 can (3 lb.) ham
    double crust pastry
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix mustard, sherry and cloves.
    Spread over ham.
    Roll out dough.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Place ham on crust. Cover ham on all sides and flute edges.
    Mix egg yolk and brush crust.
    Prick and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
