Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. cream or Carnation milk
9 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Combine butter, cream and brown sugar together.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Gradually add confectioners sugar until you get your desired thickness.
You may need to double this recipe if you really like caramel icing.
