Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or oleo
2 eggs
2 c. sifted cake flour
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
3 mashed bananas
1/2 c. floured pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Stir in mashed bananas.
Sift soda with flour and add alternately with buttermilk.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Cook until toothpick comes out clean at 325\u00b0.
(Don't overcook.)
