Italian Whipped Cream Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour and milk and cook over low flame until thick like a sauce.
    Cool.
    Cream butter or margarine, shortening, sugar and vanilla.
    Beat this well until it is fluffy.
    Then add this mixture with the flour and milk mixture.
    Whip until nice and light.
