German Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter
    4 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place butter in skillet and melt in oven.
    In one bowl, beat eggs.
    In second bowl, combine flour and milk.
    Cream out lumps and combine with eggs.
    Pour mixture into melted butter.
    Bake 20 minutes. When done, sprinkle with lemon juice and powdered sugar.
