Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    fresh ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. fine herbs (by McCormick's)
    3 or 4 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 or 4 Tbsp. butter
    2 cloves garlic
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. Marsala wine
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Flatten chicken pieces to about 1/4-inch thickness.
    Combine egg and milk in shallow bowl.
    Combine flour, seasonings and herbs on a plate.
    Dip each piece into egg mixture, then into flour mixture to coat all sides.\tAllow to rest briefly while preparing remainder of ingredients.
    Over medium high heat, melt oil and butter in heavy skillet.
    Brown the chicken pieces on both sides and remove to an ovenproof platter.
    Place in a 200\u00b0 oven to keep warm.
