Meat And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. dry rice
    2 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute meat; season with onion, bay leaf and seasoned salt while cooking.
    Mix with dry rice.
    Mix well and place in bottom of casserole.
    Top with 1 cup cottage cheese.
    Top this with 1 can mushroom soup, mixed with 1/3 cup water.
    Spread grated cheese on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
