Preparation

Use the whole fish or pieces of fish.
Heat fat to 370\u00b0.
Beat eggs lightly.
Dip the fish into beaten eggs, then roll in cornmeal.
Fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain and season.
Serve with hush puppies.
