Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. creamy peanut butter
Preparation

In large bowl, mix all ingredients.
Scoop level tablespoonfuls and roll into balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 18 minutes. Remove to wire rack to chill.
Yield:
2 dozen.
