Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/4 c. mushrooms, sliced
2/3 c. sherry or chicken broth
4 to 6 split chicken breasts
1/2 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation

Brown chicken.
Spread rice in slightly greased 9 x 11-inch casserole.
(We use a 8 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch Pyrex baking dish; 10 halved chicken breasts fit well.)
