Hawaiian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. can pineapple tidbits
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. almonds
1 c. seedless grapes (optional)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
sweet pickles/parsley
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve 1 tablespoon syrup.
In large mixing bowl, lightly toss chicken, celery, pineapple, almonds and grapes. In bowl, mix reserved syrup, oil, vinegar, mayonnaise and salt. Pour over chicken; toss lightly.
Arrange in lettuce cups.
Garnish with olives, parsley and pickles.
