Chocolate Angel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Beat first 4 crust ingredients to soft peaks.
Gradually add 2/3 cup sugar.
Beat until stiff and add chopped pecans.
Grease a 9-inch pie pan with butter.
Pour crust in and bake at 300\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Let stand in oven overnight.
