Pork In Green Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. center cut pork, boned, trimmed and cut into 1-inch strips
    flour (enough to lightly cover pork)
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. cornstarch plus 1 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    3 fresh green chili peppers, minced*
    baby corn-on-the-cob or jar whole mushrooms
Preparation
    *Wear gloves to clean and cut peppers; do not touch eyes!
