Campfire Kitchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. ground beef
2 slices onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 slice green pepper
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 medium carrot, grated
1 medium potato, sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 Tbsp. cream soup
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Shape ground beef into large patty.
Place onion on large piece of foil.
Add patty. Season. Add green pepper, celery and cabbage. Top with carrot and potato. Add soup and water. Wrap tightly. Grill for 1 hour or until done.
May bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Yields 1 serving.
