Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nonfat milk
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Blend all ingredients well.
Spray muffin tins with nonstick spray (more than you think you need until it runs down sides) and place these in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Pour batter into hot muffin tins, filling each 3/4 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Bake another 30 minutes.
Do not open oven door until the popovers have finished baking.
