Lori'S Plaza Iii Steak Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. flour
    8 c. water
    1 lb. ground round, browned
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 stalk chopped celery
    1 sliced carrot
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 (No. 303) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in Dutch oven over low heat, slowly stir in flour.
    Add 8 cups water, mixing well.
    Add rest of ingredients. Simmer over low heat for 2 to 6 hours.
