Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
    1/4 lb. Gouda cheese
    6 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. picante sauce
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Grate all cheeses; add all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix until all ingredients are completely blended.
    Place Saran Wrap in the bottom of a bowl and spoon in the cheese mix.
    Cover top of mixture with the Saran Wrap and refrigerate for several hours. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks.
    Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks or crackers.
